By paying The Web Founders and entering into a working relationship, you agree to our terms of services listed below.
Service Level Agreement
- The Web Founders offers 100% satisfaction with its services.
- Unlimited revisions are provided until satisfaction or project completion (within package limits).
Our Revision Policy
Revisions are based on the selected package. Revisions are free unless design concepts change. Revised designs are delivered within 48 hours.
Turnaround Time
The Web Founders provides a 48-72 hour turnaround for most design services, excluding weekends.
- Logo orders or revisions requested on Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
- Logo orders or revisions requested on Friday will be delivered by Tuesday.

Refunds are available under specific circumstances, such as dissatisfaction with initial designs. See refund policy for details.
Refund Policy
Refund conditions where the policy may be void:
- Special or custom packages.
- Approved primary design concepts.
- Excessive revisions requested.
- Finalized designs or deployed websites.
- Two weeks without client communication.

Delivery Policy
- Orders delivered as per the date on Order Confirmation.
- Websites made live only after dues are cleared.
Design Rights & Ownership
Upon finalization, clients own 100% rights to the final designs.
Content Creation & Population
- Content creation and population is not included unless purchased separately.
- Stock images are purchased with client approval.
N.D.A. & Reputation Management Policy
Active 9 LTD keeps client information confidential. Post-project completion, both parties agree not to defame one another.
Record Maintenance
Finalized designs are archived for future access if needed.
Customer Support
Support available Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST. After-hours queries can be emailed via the Customer Portal.
Technical Support Policy
- Website deployment support provided; hosting issues are the client’s responsibility.
- Basic CMS user manual included.
Communication Policy
All official communication must occur through approved channels, including email and the Designs Utility Account platform.
